Polaris Xpedition Cargo & Spare Tire Rack with Tailgate (2024-2027)

This is a custom-made cargo and spare tire rack for the Polaris Xpedition, 2024 through 2027, in both 2 and 5 place models. It's built from 1.5" steel tubing, powder-coated matte black, and mounts with bolts and T-nuts so it comes off easily. The tailgate rides on bullet-type hinges with a rotary latch so it doesn't rattle, and a gas-assisted strut holds it up when it's open. Maximum capacity is 160 lbs, and the bed still dumps with the rack attached.

• The tailgate can easily be removed.
• The tailgate has a gas-assisted strut for easy raising and holding up the tailgate.
• The basket has tie-down holes in the bottom of the rail for easy hook-up of straps or bungees.
• The basket can now carry a spare tire or gear or both depending on your requirements.
• "Y" spare tire strap is needed to tie down the tire. Rathet straps will also work.
• The side plates carry rotopax cans on each side. The cans and mounts are ordered separately.
• Maximum capacity of cargo rack 160 lbs.
• Easy assembly.
